Great Bag/Horrible Customer Service

Their bags are nice, but beware of customer service. They don’t answer emails for weeks and you cannot reach them via telephone. So, buyer beware!

I love my (4) crossbody bags, but l thought the red bag was vegan and not nylon material. I thought the "Nylon Red" was part of the color description.
