Refund policy

Returns are made easy at Mali + Lili! Customers may return product within 30 days of receiving the items based on the delivered date showing by the tracking number. 

Returns must be approved prior to the items being sent back. If you would like to return an item, please use our return portal here. 

Items must receive approval prior to being sent back. If an item is sent back prior to return approval, used or does not have its original packaging, you will be granted a partial refund or a 15% restocking fee. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Mali + Lili does not provide return shipping labels. 

**We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.
