Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days, for us to process and ship your order. This time frame may increase during sales. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Vernon, CA.

*Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding weekends and federal holidays. 

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Free shipping is available for residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided Mali + Lili reserves the right to not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

We are willing to assist with any improper deliveries including but not limited to damaged, lost and/or stolen items delivered to the wrong address. However, no refund is guaranteed subject to the FedEx Shipping Policy. *Please note, the customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address to receive your order promptly. We reserve the right to bill the customer for additional shipping charges due to incorrect information.
