Great Bag/Horrible Customer Service

Their bags are nice, but beware of customer service. They don’t answer emails for weeks and you cannot reach them via telephone. So, buyer beware!

Order placed, never shipped until Amex notified them the pmt was being reversed. Customer service doesn’t answer emails, and you can’t reach anyone via telephone!
