Wong item sent and still haven’t get refund as promised

Recently I ordered a total of 7 bags both from TT and the website!!! On TT didn’t receive gifts as promised. And I ordered this bag here but received a different bag. Contacted the customer no help! Extremely disappointed.

Bag is roomy and comfortable to carry. I have neck and shoulder issues and wide lined strap is very comfortable resting across my neck and shoulder. Like the fact that strap can be hooked on the bottom on the left and the right. Bag is well made and very attractive..
