Issues with bag

I have tried to email customer service regarding my first purchase from Mali and Lili. The edge of the bag has a tear in the vegan leather. I would absolutely love the bag if it weren't for the manufacturing defect. I'd like to receive another one to replace the bag I have but I cannot get a hold of anyone and I don't know who to contact about it. I would give a 5 star review if it werent for the manufacturing defect.
