Odd color, strong smell, slow support

This bag is the exact style I was hoping for and I love the concept, but it came with a very strong odor, the color (which was listed as camel) is an ugly beige color that is not appealing at all, and when I contacted customer support immediately upon receipt for authorization to return it (per the return instructions) no one responded. Overall, not the best experience.

I love the material and style. It did come with a bit of a funny smell. It also is a little heavier than I would have liked. I do love the bottom.show compartment and straps!
