I love the quality and feel of this bag. I only have 2 suggestions - can a large drop pocket be added in the back to accommodate a phone and card slots added inside? That would make it perfect!

My mistake

I want to share a quick update to Mali+Lili team. I recently received a corrected order for two black bags - the Josie Crossbody and the Gail Phone Crossbody. Because I ordered both in black and they are similar in style, I originally thought they sent a duplicate by mistake.
After a closer look, I realized the order was 100% correct. The quality of both bags is fantastic, and the Customer Service team was incredibly patient and helpful.

Josie double crossbody purse

Nice bag. I purchased it twice. The second bag I purchased a zipper split on it. Contacted the company and they did not respond back after several tries. Very disappointed as this is the second person I have purchased from them. If you have an issue with their products beware of not being able to get in touch with them or are them doing anything about it.
